Updated: Jan 8

Things have been quiet for a while on Givlife Space, but we have been far from quiet in the

real world! We have found there is more and more need for individuals to be supported in the community around us in Queens Park.

TUESDAY SOUP KITCHEN, 5PM - 7PM CNR RAILWAY PARADE AND GEORGE STREET QUEENS PARK.

Its not about the food its about having fun and sharing stories.

And we are starting a new program which focuses on teenage mental health - Teenage

Suicide Awareness for carers and parents, Communicating with your teenager and two drug

and alcohol free events. We are offering help that will make a change in people's lives that goes beyond crisis care. To fund (in part anyway) this work I am holding a Charity Fashion Fundraiser on Saturday 20th May 2017 from 2pm to 6 pm. We have an amazing collection of women's fashion that has been donated - mostly pre-loved, but some brand spanking new and will be selling these amazing little silk party dresses and tops,

day wear, work suits, designer jeans, shirts, jackets, t shirts, cocktail dresses - Coast, Marc Jacobs, Miss Sixty, Scanlon Theodore, Chloe, Nife, Colette Dinnigan, Pink plus Cue, AJ,

Marcs the list goes on and on.....AND shoes, handbags, scarves, trinkets and children's clothes to fund our suicide Awareness program in 2017.

If you want to make a difference in the local community you can make a tax deductible

donation to Givlife through our giving portal here https://www.givenow.com.au/givlife

Take care
